Rochelle Keogh earned a Doctorate of Education from the University of Arkansas and an M.A. in TESOL from Brigham Young University. She has trained English teachers from 68 countries including developing programs for the Panama Bilingüe program, the SecretarÃa de Educación Pública in Mexico, the US-Mexico Commission for Educational and Cultural Exchange, and the U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Her research interests include capacity building in international Higher Ed and K-12.
Randee Lee Bullard is an ESL and Peace Corps Volunteer in Santa Rita de Antón, Coclé. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2014. Has a Bachelor’s of Arts in International Studies and Applied Linguistics. Randee was born in Illinois and raised in Utah.
Rebecca Wilner is currently the Panama Bilingüe Program Manager at American University in Washington, DC, where she has the great fortune to work with groups of Panamanian educators on English language and teaching methodology development. Prior to that, Rebecca worked as an English teacher at the Instituto Alberto Einstein, and the Academic Director of the Center for English Language Immersion (CELI) in Panama City, Panama, as well as several other teaching appointments in the United States.
Pushpa Mirchandani currently teaches English to adult learners and writing course to undergraduate students at Florida State University and University of Louisville. She has a Master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Notre Dame of Maryland University and has been teaching in Panama for the past 15 years.

He’s also a clinical hypnotherapist and PNL Life Coach Practitioner; and has had 6 years experience as a professor at UNEG (Department of Education). He is concerned about bringing out the best of the future teachers, despite the few resources they are given by the system. As a linguist, she has written a thesis in linguistics analyzing the colloquial speech, its main phonetic, lexical, morphological, and syntactical characteristics. She has also taught English as a second language abroad in Nicaragua and France as well as in the United States in her home state of Montana.
